The concept design for the Newtown terrace is influenced by the local sensitivity to nature and the architectural design. The interiors follow a moody minimalist approach with a monochromatic materials selection and a contemporary style of bespoke joinery pieces.

 

Polytec's Perugian Walnut in Woodmatt creates the ideal balance of warmth to a space while offering a sleek modern finish. Paired with the vein cut Titanium Travertine, this enhances the hazel tones for the veneer and the natural stone.
