01 initial consultation
The initial client meeting is to establish a clear understanding of the brief and the client's vision for the project.
02 concept design
The concept development commences by defining the creative direction of the project. To create the overall bespoke aesthetic and ambiance, a carefully curated selection of images is effectuated and displayed on inspiration boards. This accompagnied with a colour scheme and materials palette.
03 design development
The design phase includes spatial planning, detailed material selections for the project's individual spaces, designing tailored joinery pieces and supplying a physical materials palette. We will create professional renderings for all spaces to provide to our client a complete visual understanding of the designs.
04 selections schedule
The fixture, fittings and equipment schedule will include a detailed list of all the project's finishes, hardware, appliances, tapware, sanitary, lighting and any other required subjects.
05 detailed drawings
These detailed drawings are create for construction and for external contractors. Drawings including - sections, elevations, lighting, electrical and plumbing plans, wall and concrete setouts, joinery and wet area documentation.
